Sometimes the best stories come from real life experiences and believe me, this story is not for the faint of heart. Sometimes these real life experiences are so far fetched they seem more like fantasy. But then, this is what makes this story interesting and for the most part, many of the facts are true, of course with some creative license and humour added in. It is a tale that could have happened anywhere at any time. It could have been any sport, be it football, hockey, or baseball, but for the purpose of this story, I decided to use the sport soccer.
